Flooding Devastates North Country

A massive ice jam in Fort Covington is wreaking havoc on residents. This photo was taken on the Center St. Bridge. You can see the large branches in the ice and there were reports of the ice taking trees with it. Photo by Samantha McMillon-Wilkinson.
