Daniel K. Johnson, 35, of Hogansburg was arrested by Tribal Police and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more, driving while intoxicated and failed to use designated lane at 9:54 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19. Police allege Johnson’s blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent. He is to answer the charges in Bombay Town Court on November 19.

Robert J. Smoke, 47, of Hogansburg was arrested by Tribal Police and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, and fail to keep right at 1:01 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19. Police allege that Smoke’s blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent. He also had three outstanding bench warrants. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.

Christopher R. Bergenn, 30, of New Hurley was ticketed by Tribal Police for speeding at 3:16 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 17. Police said he was going 56 M.P.H. in a 35 M.P.H. zone on State Route 37. He is to appear in Tribal Court on October 28.

Zachary P. Angus, 23, of Lake Placid was arrested by Tribal Police and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unsafe backing at 1:05 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 17 following a property damage accident on state Route 37. He is to answer the charges in Bombay Town Court on November 12.

Joshua A. Garrow, 23, of Akwesasne was ticketed by Tribal Police for speeding at 3:08 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 16. Police said he was going 69 M.P.H. in a 55 M.P.H. zone on State Route 37. He is to appear in Tribal Court on October 28.

Jocelyn Cyr, 59, of Longueuil, Que. was ticketed by Tribal Police for speeding at 12:08 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 16. Police said he was going 50 M.P.H. in a 35 M.P.H. zone on State Route 37. He is to appear in Tribal Court on November 8.

Stanley D. Benedict, 50, of Hogansburg was arrested by Tribal Police and charged with third-degree criminal trespass, public lewdness and disorderly conduct following an incident on October 15. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone in lieu of $500 bail.

Shelby M. Oakes, 25, of Nedrow was ticketed by Tribal Police for speeding at 10:55 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 14. Police said she was going 57 M.P.H. in a 35 M.P.H. zone on St. Regis Road. She is to appear in Tribal Court on November 4. 

Sierra S. Johnson-Sunday, 25, of Hogansburg was arrested by Tribal Police and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed driver, and speeding at 9:45 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 14. Police said she was going 50 M.P.H. in a 35 M.P.H. zone on Cook Road. She is to answer the charges in Bombay Town Court on November 12.

 

Anne Lyons, 80, of Princeton, Maine was ticketed by Tribal Police for unsafe backing at 1:58 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 14 following a property damage accident in the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino parking lot. She is to appear in Tribal Court on November 4.

Michael J. Zinszer, 37, of Kitchener, Ont. was ticketed by Tribal Police for passing in a no passing zone at 10:48 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 14. He is to appear in Tribal Court on November 18.

Ariwiio L. Swamp, 22, of Hogansburg was cited by New York State Police for unlawful possession of marijuana at the International Bridge in Massena at 12:26 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19.

Morgan P. Skidders, 21, of Hogansburg was ticketed by Massena Village Police for speeding at 9:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 21 on state Route 37.

Keisha W. Diabo, 18, of Hogansburg was ticketed by Massena Village Police for speeding at 9:09 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 20 on state Route 37.

Lawrence M. Baker, 50, of Hogansburg was ticketed by Massena Village Police for uninspected motor vehicle and inadequate plate lamps at 7:58 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19 on Main Street.

Levi A. Cook, 24, of Hogansburg was ticketed by Massena Village Police for no headlight and unlicensed operator at 1:55 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19 on Main Street.

John T. Snyder, 54, of Rooseveltown was arrested by Massena Village Police and charged with petit larceny at 3:39 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 16 at Walmart Supercenter. He was released with orders to appear in Massena Village Court on a later date.

BREACH, WARRANT

 

Cornwall, ON – Dustin George, 24 of Akwesasne was arrested on the 17th of October, 2013 on the strength of a warrant and for breaching his Recognizance by being out past curfew. It is alleged that in the early hours of the 17th of October, 2013 he was spotted by police in the area of Augustus and Sixth Street. George was taken into custody for the curfew breach and a Highway Traffic Warrant was executed for his arrest. He was transported to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing.

 

IMPAIRED

Cornwall, ON – Adam Delormier, age 29, of Akwesasne, was arrested on October 19th, 2013. He was found to be operating a motor vehicle in the area of the International Bridge on Brookdale Avenue while under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody and an investigation was conducted. Delormier was charged with Impaired and Over 80. He was released to appear in court on October 29th, 2013.

IMPAIRED

Cornwall, ON – Tammy Delormier, age 33, of Akwesasne, was arrested on October 20th, 2013. She was found operating a motor vehicle at the Canada Border Services Agency on Brookdale Avenue while under the influence of alcohol. Police were contacted and an investigation was conducted. Delormier was charged with Impaired and Over 80. She was released to appear in court on October 29th, 2013.

THREATS

Cornwall, ON – Harley David, age 24, of Akwesasne, was arrested on October 22, 2013. He was bound by a Probation Order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on January 15, 2013, he threatened to kill a 58 year old female, a 37 year old female and a 43 year old male. Police were contacted and an investigation was conducted. A warrant was issued for Harley David’s arrest. On October 22, 2013, police dealt with him as an unwanted person and subsequently arrested him on the strength of the warrant. He was charged with Uttering Death Threats and Breach of Probation. He was held for a Bail Hearing on October 23, 2013.
