Swamp's Donates to AFS and ABGC

Casey Swamp, Owner of Swamp’s Performance, and Marissa Vickers, Customer Service/Marketing for Swamp’s, give $500 to ABGC.

Back on April 27th, Swamp’s Performance Automotive held Cruisin’ for Kids, an event to raise money for the Akwesasne Boys & Girls Club and the Akwesasne Freedom School. Last week, those organizations received the donations, and each received $500.00.

“On behalf of the Akwesasne Freedom School I want to say a big Niawenkowa to Swamp’s for having the event and all the support. The kids were really excited for the event and enjoyed it, and the parents did too,” said Okiokwinon Chelsea Francis.

Jessica Cree Jock, Executive Director of ABGC said, “The Akwesasne Boys & Girls Club is honored to receive the donation from Swamp Performance! Casey has been a long supporter of the Club and we are fortunate he recognizes the wonderful work done here!”

Both organizations will most likely use the money towards their summer programs, and it will help both immensely.

“We are so happy to be able to present both The Akwesasne Freedom School and The Akwesasne Boys & Girls Club with five hundred dollars from our Cruisin’ for Kids event,” said Casey Swamp, Owner of Swamp’s Performance. “Niawenkowa to everyone who showed their support for us, we couldn’t have done it without you. We look forward to helping the Boys & Girls Club with their end of the year party in June and hosting another fundraising event for both groups in late summer.”
