In recognition of Immunization Awareness Week, the MCA Community Health Program is having an Immunization Blitz. There will be 4 Grand Prizes for each age group of 0-3 yrs, 4-8 yrs, 9-13 yrs & 14-17 yrs.

Your child can be entered into the drawing for a bike, by bringing in the child’s updated immunization record to the Community Health office Monday- Friday 8am-4pm from April 16 until the drawing takes place on May 31st, 2012. You can also fax the records to (613) 575-1152, being sure to include contact information (in the event that you are a winner).

If necessary we provide vaccinations Wednesdays & Fridays 8:30-3:30 and also by appointment.
