Indian Time - A Voice from the Eastern Door

The HAVFD Station #2 Annual Boot Drive was another success this year! The boot drive was held Oct. 16 on Kawehno:ke (Cornwall Island) at the four corners.

Five workers from Scotiabank – Brookdale Branch, firemen, students and community members volunteered for the Boot Drive where over $10,000 was raised. An honorable mention goes out to Marilyn Francis (3-Nations Bridge), Kim Loran and Vanessa Martin (Mohawk Security Service); and

Phil Terrance a retired ironworker, for your hard work helping out. Volunteer students and community members included Rasatonkwa Tarbell, Morgan White, Lindsay Martin, Loren Francis, Mandy Francis and Julia Jacobs.
