The American Legion Auxiliary Post 1479 Unit held an installation ceremony Saturday for their newly elected officers.

The women took oaths of dedication in a short ceremony that was also attended by members of the Legion and Sons of the American Legion.

The new officers are:

President Janique Odjick

1st Vice – Denean Cook

2nd Vice – Dorothy Cole

Secretary – Luanne Lazore

Treasurer – Marsha White

Chaplain – Kris David

Historian – Sheila Jock

Sargeant at Arms – Bethe Lazore

Trustees are Elaine Scott, Jeanette Cook and Annette Armstrong.
