Photos from: Ice Floes Break on St. Regis River




With light rain falling and temps hovering around 55 degrees, the St. Regis River ice jams broke on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2018. This photo was taken behind Mark Light's property where the river was overflowing anywhere from three to five feet above the riverbank. This photo was taken around 12pm.
