This photo was taken Wed. Jan, 18, 2012. It’s of the bend in the river below the dam in Hogansburg. It was a very cold morning 14 degrees Fahrenheit with the wind chill of -4. Very cold, windy and icy. I bet all the people living down south or out west miss this weather!
