He was born August 22, 1954 in Malone, NY to the late Norman Sr. and Margaret (Herne) Tarbell. On June 12, 1980 he married Linda Murray in Wakegon, WS. Boats are not permitted to use the channel at high speeds. Children swim throughout the channel and will not be visible to a speeding boat.
