WELCOME HOME, FATHER JEROME PASTORES! We anticipate Father Jerome’s safe return this weekend. Thank God for him. We pray also for Father Andrew Amyot and Father Claude Halle who came to offer Masses during the months of July and August.

SAVE THE DATE! In October 2012 over 700 Mohawks traveled to Rome for the canonization of our own Lily of the Mohawks Kateri Tekakwitha. The St. Regis Mission Church is planning a special reunion to celebrate the anniversary of Saint Kateri Tekakwitha’s canonization. Mark your calendars for OCTOBER 28, 2018 to join in this event. Gather your photos and videos of Rome. Renew the memories and joys of the pilgrimage to share with others. The celebrant of the Mass on OCTOBER 28th at the St. Regis Mission Church will be the Archbishop of Ottawa, Most Reverend Terence Prendergast.

ALTAR SERVERS AND THEIR FAMILIES:  Bishop LaValley’s picnic for all altar servers and their families will be in Ogdensburg on Friday, August 17. Plan to meet at St. Mary’s Cathedral at 11 A.M. for registration and Mass, before going to the Bishop’s House on Washington Street for the picnic.

2019 FIRST COMMUNION AND CONFIRMATION ENROLLMENT: Father Jerome will be teaching confirmation classes and Vicky Phillips will teach First Communion classes for 2018-2019. Enrollment has commenced and will be ongoing into September 2018. Please contact Vicky Phillips at the Rectory on Wednesdays between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm at 613-575-2753.
