On April 26th, the students at Tsi Snaihne School participated in Kaweni:io's iakwata:ti' or We Speak Good Words Public Speaking event. Attendees were treated to over 20 student speeches, which included topics such as forest fires, recycling and climate change.

A special thanks goes out to the following students for doing such an amazing job during the event: Alexia Mitchell, Alantra Peters, Kakwitene Thompson, Orahkwinon Thompson, Jayla Kesis, Roman Cook, Frankie Laughing, Theresa Bush, London Lazore, Ieniehtanawentha Sharrow, Sophia Angus, Avy Phillips, Lexie Papineau, LillyAnn Sunday, Keenan David, Phinleigh Jacobs, Easton Oakes, Brynlee Roundpoint, Iehatiio Thompson, Miia Oakes, Naomi Jacobs, Tomina Cook and Socoyah Lazore.

Nia:wen to Student Council members for MCing the event, Jennine Hall and Tami Kroon for helping to judge, and Chase LaMoy and Melody Boots for organizing the event.
