St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police blotter, Aug. 4-10:
On Aug. 4, police ticketed Jamie E. Pastomerlo, 26, of Massena for driving while intoxicated, driving with blood alcohol level at or above. .08 percent and failure to keep right. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Aug. 29.
On Aug. 5, police ticketed Ricardo Clarke, 43, of Lasalle, Quebec for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 21.
On Aug. 5, police picked up Skylar B. Crouse, 28, of Hogansburg on a bench warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and ordered to return Sept. 19.
On Aug. 6, police ticketed Gaston Dufour, 71, of Sorel-Tracy, Quebec for speeding (allegedly 55-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 28.
On Aug. 6, police ticketed Craig F. Roundpoint, 31, of Cornwall, Ontario for passing in a no-pass zone. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 21.
On Aug. 7, police ticketed Brett C. Curleyhead, 28, of Hogansburg for unlicensed operation. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 28.
On Aug. 8, police arrested Clayton F. Martin, 21, of Hogansburg for unlawful possession of marijuana and misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest, fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released with orders to re-appear Aug. 29.
On Aug. 8, police arrested Tyler A. Valdez, 21, of Hogansburg for fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released with orders to re-appear Aug. 29.
On Aug. 8, police picked up Ariwiio L. Swamp, 26, of Hogansburg on a bench warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released on a conditional discharge.
On Aug. 8, police ticketed Thomas J. Benedict, 20, of Akwesasne, Quebec for speeding (allegedly 52-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 28.
On Aug. 9, police ticketed Shyla J. Oakes, 23, of Akwesasne, Quebec for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 15.
On Aug. 10, police ticketed Darlene A. Gray, 56, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 28.
New York State Police:
Matthew K. Benedict, 34, of Hogansburg was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation sometime after 7:55 p.m. Aug. 12 in Massena.
Massena Village Police:
Michael K. Sharrow, 24, of P.O. Box 563 Rooseveltown was charged with no inspection at 3 a.m. Aug. 10 on State Route 37.
