Indian Time - A Voice from the Eastern Door

On Wednesday, Onerahtohkówa/May 9, 2017; Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe's Planning and Infrastructure Division employees (from left) Walter Bero (Vietnam Veteran), Rob Henhawk and Theodore Square raised the final flagpole for the Akwesasne Veterans Memorial Monument inside the Tewatahita Walking Trail at Akwesasne's Generations Park. There will be a public unveiling of the Veteran's Memorial at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 27th at 545 State Route 37 in Akwesasne.
