St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police blotter, May 16 to June 1, reported through June 14:
On May 16, police ticketed Ronald E. Moreau, 71, of Bombay for expired inspection. Ticket was returnable to Tribal Court on June 13.
On May 18, police ticketed John G. Barto, 41, of Brasher Falls for speeding. Ticket was returnable to Tribal Court on June 13.
On May 18, police ticketed Tory C. Bigtree, 26, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlights. Ticket was returnable to Tribal Court on June 13.
On May 19, police ticketed Kelsey L. Boots, 20, of Cornwall, Ont. for inadequate brake lights. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on June 20.
On May 20, police ticketed Beverly Terrance, 34, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for a stop sign violation. Ticket was returnable to Tribal Court on June 6.
On May 21, police arrested Dalton J. White, 18, of Hogansburg for driving while intoxicated (misdemeanor), refusal to take a breath test, switched plates, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, operating out of class, unlawful possession of marijuana and fail to use designated lane. He was released with tickets for Bombay Town Court on June 28.
On May 21, police ticketed Patrick J. Phillips, 57, of Hogansburg for inadequate brake lights. Ticket was returnable to Tribal Court on June 6.
On May 21, police ticketed Chaney L. Lauzon, 26, of Cornwall, Ont. for inadequate head lights. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on June 16.
On May 22, police arrested Joseph P. Bigtree, 31, of Hogansburg for driving while intoxicated (misdemeanor), speeding and unregistered vehicle. He was released with tickets for Bombay Town Court on June 6.
On May 23, police ticketed Falon David, 32, of Akwesasne, Quebec for failure to produce driver’s license. Ticket was returnable to Tribal Court on June 6.
On May 26, police arrested Joseph R. Arquette, 51, of Hogansburg on an arrest warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and was to have returned May 31.
On May 26, police ticketed Theresa D. Cole, 59, of Hogansburg for speeding. Ticket was returnable to Tribal Court on June 13.
On May 27, police ticketed Tiffany H. Cook, 41, of Hogansburg for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on June 20.
On May 28, police ticketed Jamie M. Hilworth, 25, of Long Sault, Ontario for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on June 27.
On May 30, police ticketed Justin A. Square, 20, of Hogansburg for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on June 27.
On May 31, police arrested Harold F. Martin, 29, of Harrisville on a warrant issued by Bombay Town Court. He was arraigned and released with a return date of June 28.
On May 31, police ticketed Catherine M. Susini, 53, of Massena for speeding. Ticket was returnable to Tribal Court on June 6.
On June 1, police ticketed Dan Dayan, 39, of St. Laurent, Quebec for improper left turn. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on June 20.
