Arrest warrant: On Jan. 10, Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested Ariwiio L. Swamp, 23, of Hogansburg for an active warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail with orders to return on Feb. 24.
