We would like to take the time to thank everyone who has supported our mom, Donna Benedict in the fundraisers that have been organized by many great people in our community. Wholistic Health and Wellness Program and staff put together a 50/50 Draw & Silent Auction. The 50/50 draw was won by Glen Swamp, who donated the proceeds back to our Mom. We would like to thank you for buying 50/50 tickets. We would like to thank everyone for your donations to the Silent Auction. The items donated were absolutely beautiful. Thank You to all the bidders who came out to support this great cause. To walk into the Atrium at Kanonhkwa’tsheri:io and see the overwhelming support of community members there was breathtaking!

Our “Burns” family and Truckstop #9 staff put together a PINK Basket Raffle. The basket included 2 PINK Concert tickets, iPad Mini, $50 Gas Card, PINK Victoria Secret clothing & many other goodies were included in the basket. The basket was won by Lisa Boggs from Plattsburgh NY. We would like to say thank you to everyone who helped sell the PINK tickets and also to all who purchased tickets. We would like to thank Mary and Phil and our family and staff at Truckstop #9 for your love and kindness for organizing this fundraiser for our Mom.

These fundraisers had been carried out to support the effort in our mom who is battling cancer. She is currently receiving treatment at the Cancer Clinic in Ottawa.

Thank You,

P.J. & Sandi
