NNATC Hosts Puppetry Classes

The Native North American Travelling College is introducing the Performing Arts to local youth who might want to consider a future in theater and film. They have been holding workshops on acting and have constructed an amphitheater behind their Kawehnoke facility.

Two weeks ago they held a Puppetry class and spent the day designing and creating large puppets as one part of the Performing Arts program.

Last weekend, a workshop on acting was held and it was standing room only for that. More workshops will be held in the future and the knowledge gained from all of these courses will be put to the test as the community will be treated to a live stage show featuring the talent of our local youth.

Tom Porter stopped by the Travelling College to say hello and here he is telling one of his many stories while Jacob Thompson works on his Puppet.
