Description of Position: Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, continuation, monitoring and improvement of the SRMT Vocational Rehabilitation Program under the Community and Family Services Division, in support of the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe’s organizational mission and goals. The Program Manager collaborates with the Director of Community and Family Services in developing goals, attaining/allocating human and physical resources, developing policies and procedures, as well as ensuring the availability of adequate financial resources.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in either Vocational Rehabilitation, Social Services, Behavioral Science, or a closely related field OR Associates in either the Vocational Rehabilitation, Social Services, or Behavioral Science field with three years of experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities. At least one (1) year supervisory experience preferred. Client services, grants management and budgetary responsibility experience preferred. Subject to Fleet and Background Policies.

ELIGIBILITY LIST: A list of qualified candidates is created from interviews that may be used to appoint individuals to similar positions within the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe for a period of six months.
