Failure to Obey Traffic Device – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Kenneth J. Cree, 37 of Akwesasne, NY for disobeying a traffic sign following a traffic stop on February 22 after his vehicle drove through a red stop light at the intersection of State Route 37 and Frogtown Road. Mr. Cree was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 10.

Operating Vehicle Out of Class - Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Bonnie F. Square, 56 of Hogansburg, NY for operating a vehicle out of class on February 23 while travelling on St. Regis Road. Ms. Square was found to have a valid permit but did not have a licensed driver with her. She was also ticketed for cell phone use after being observed on her cell phone while driving. Ms. Square was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court and is to appear March 17.

No Seat Belt - Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Kimberly A. Bouchard, 62, of Potsdam, NY for no seat belt, after being observed travelling on State Route 37 on February 23. Ms. Bouchard was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 17.

Aggravated Unlicensed Operation - Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested Danielle C. Smoke, 31 of Hogansburg, NY on February 23 after a traffic stop on State Route 37 for an Uninspected Vehicle revealed Ms. Smoke’s driving privileges had been revoked. Ms. Smoke was issued NYS tickets for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd, Operate motor vehicle by unlicensed driver, and Operate motor vehicle without inspection certificate. Ms. Smoke is to appear in Bombay Town Court on March 18.

Failure to Display Plates - Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Michael C. Lazore, 26, of Hogansburg, NY on February 23 on State Route 37. His vehicle had a black tinted plate cover, covering the license plate. Mr. Lazore was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court and is to appear on March 17.

Inadequate Stop Lamps - Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Cheri L. Rogofsky, 40, of Rooseveltown, NY on February 23, for inadequate headlamps following a traffic stop on State Route 37. Ms. Rogofsky was issued a Tribal ticket and is to appear in Tribal Court on March 17.

Uninspected Motor Vehicle - Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Ashley A. Gray, 28 of Hogansburg, NY on February 24, for an uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Cook Road. Ms. Gray was issued a Tribal ticket and is to appear in Tribal Court on March 10.

Speeding - Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Tiffany M. Burns, 30 of Akwesasne, NY on February 2 for speed in zone following traffic stop on Cook Road, she was observed operating a vehicle at 54 mph in a posted 35 mph zone. Ms. Burns was issued a Tribal ticket and is to appear in Tribal Court on March 10.

Expired Registration - Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Rhonda L. Tarbell, 51 of Rooseveltown, NY for Expired Registration following a traffic stop on State Route 37 on February 24. Ms. Tarbell was issued a Tribal ticket and is to appear in Tribal Court on March 10.

Criminal Possession - Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested Michelle A. David, 28 of Akwesasne, PQ following a traffic stop on February 24. Ms. David was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, a Class D Felony and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree. Tribal Police K9 was utilized on the traffic stop which led to finding and seizure of a plastic bag containing Cocaine. Ms. David was arraigned a Bombay Town Court and remanded to Franklin County Jail on $500 cash or $1,000 bond.

Uninspected Motor Vehicle - Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Alisha M. Jacobs, 19, of Hogansburg, NY for Uninspected Motor Vehicle following a traffic stop on State Route 37. Ms. Jacobs was issued a Tribal ticket and is to appear in Tribal Court on March 10.

Speeding - Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Kiesha W. Diabo, 19 of Fort Covington, NY for speed in zone following a traffic stop on March 2 after she was observed operating a vehicle at 67 mph in a posted 35 mph zone. Ms. Diabo was issued a Tribal ticket and is to appear in court on March 10.

Following too Closely – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Briana S. Maldanado, 26 of Malone NY for following another vehicle too closely and striking the car on February 24, 2014 at the intersection of State Route 37 and 37C in Hogansburg NY. Ms. Maldanado was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court and is to appear March 10.

Inadequate Head Lamp – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Tyler J. Savage, 28 of North Bangor on February 24 for inadequate head lamp after a traffic stop on State Route 37. Mr. Savage was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 10.

Inadequate Head Lamp – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Darrin L. Corrigeaux, 47 of Massena NY on February 25 for inadequate head lamp after a traffic stop on State Route 37. Mr. Corrigeaux was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 10.

Speeding – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Raeann M. Oakes, 33 of Snye PQ on February 25 for speed in zone after a traffic stop on Cook Road. Ms. Oakes was observed operating a motor vehicle at 51 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone. Ms. Oakes was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 10.

Execution of Arrest Warrant – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department arrested Donald R. Wheeler, 41 of Rooseveltown NY on February 25. Mr. Wheeler was arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant originating from State Police.

Speeding – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Maureen Wheeler, 46 of Rooseveltown NY on February 25 for speed in zone. Ms. Wheeler was observed to be operating a motor vehicle at 52 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone. Ms. Wheeler was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court for March 10.

Speeding – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Michelle A. David, 28 of Hogansburg NY on February 25 for speed in zone after a traffic stop on Cook Road. Ms. David was observed to be operating a motor vehicle at 58 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone. Ms. David was issued a New York State citation returnable to Bombay Town Court on March 18.

Inadequate Head Lamp - Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed William E. Klotz, 61 of Utica NY on February 25 for inadequate head lamp after a traffic stop on State Route 37. Mr. Klotz was issued a ticket returnable March 10.

Inadequate Head Lamp - Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Peter W. Richards, 57 of Massena NY on February 25 for inadequate head lamp after a traffic stop on State Route 37. Mr. Richards was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 10.

No plate Lamp – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Alida H. Alleyne, 47 of Cornwall Ontario on February 25 for inadequate plate lamp after a traffic stop on State Route 37. Ms. Alleyne was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 17.

Speeding – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Kelsee R. Sunday, 17 of Hogansburg, NY on February 25, 2014 for speed in zone after a traffic stop on State Route 37. Ms. Sunday was observed to be operating a motor vehicle at 55 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone. Ms. Sunday was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 10.

Inadequate Head Lamp – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Tammy K. Mitchell, 33 of Hogansburg, NY on February 25 for inadequate head lamp after a traffic stop on St Regis Road. Ms. Mitchell was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 10.

Careless Driving/ Cell Phone Use - Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Lewis Mitchell, 57 of St. Regis, PQ on February 26 for careless driving/cell phone use after a traffic stop on State Route 37. Mr. Mitchell was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 17.

Inadequate Brake Lamps - Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Swaranjit S. Mann, 51 of Toronto, ON on February 26 for inadequate brake lamp after a traffic stop on State Route 37. Mr. Mann was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 17.

Speeding – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Jennifer L. Martin, 36 of Brasher Falls NY on February 26 for speed in zone. Ms. Martin was observed to be operating a motor vehicle at 52 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone. Ms. Martin was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court for March 24.

Execution of Arrest Warrant – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department arrested Victor P. Oakes, 52 of Hogansburg NY on February 26. Mr. Oakes was arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant originating from Franklin County Family Court. Mr. Oakes was also arrested on an outstanding warrant issued for Sexual Assault in the 3rd degree originating from an incident on January 15 by Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police. Mr. Oakes was remanded to Franklin County Jail.

Obstructed Plate – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Randall J. Mccarthy, 49 of Winthrop NY on February 27 for obstructed/dirty plate after a traffic stop on Cook Road. Mr. Mccarthy was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 17.

Speeding – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Myrna R. Prieur, 68 of Cornwall Ont on February 27 for speed in zone after a traffic stop on State Route 37. Ms. Prieur was observed to be operating a motor vehicle at 55 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone. Ms. Prieur was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 24.

Obstructed Registration Plate/Fail to Produce Registration Papers – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Christopher M. Carlin, 32 of Massena NY on March 1 for Obstructed Registration Plate/Fail to Produce Registration Papers after a traffic stop on Cook Road. Mr. Carlin was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 24.

Inadequate Head Lamp – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Theodore J. Susice, 28 of Saint Regis Falls NY on March 1 for inadequate head lamp after a traffic stop on St Regis Road. Mr. Susice was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 24.

Obstructed Plate – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Lanny L. Laffin, 21 of Akwesasne NY on March 2 for obstructed plate after a traffic stop on St. Regis Road. Ms. Laffin was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 24.

Inadequate Brake Lamps - Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Carly M. Benedict, 23 of Akwesasne Ontario on March 2 for inadequate brake lamp after a traffic stop on State Route 37. Ms. Benedict was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 24.

Speeding – Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department ticketed Kevin R. Cushman, 37 of Levant ME on March 2 for speed in zone after a traffic stop on Cook Road. Mr. Cushman was observed to be operating a motor vehicle at 52 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone. Mr. Cushman was issued a ticket returnable to Tribal Court on March 24.

On February 27 St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested Shyla H. Cook, 22 of Akwesasne, PQ. Ms. Cook was arrested on a Tribal Police Warrant by NYS Police and turned over to Tribal Police. Ms. Cook was arraigned at Bombay Town Court and released on her own recognizance with a return court date to Bombay Town Court issued.

On February 27 St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested Vicki M. Davis 30, of Hogansburg, NY. Ms. Davis was charged with 2 counts of Harassment, Resisting Arrest and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Ms. Davis is alleged to having been intoxicated while in the care of her infant child. Ms. Davis was processed by Tribal Police and issued appearance ticket.

On February 28 St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested Gailann V. Green, 43 of Hogansburg, NY. Tribal Police executed a Bench Warrant for Ms. Green who was then turned over to NYS Police with whom the Bench Warrant originated with.

On February 28 St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police issued Peggy A. David, 53, of Hogansburg, NY, a Speeding ticket, 50 mph in a 35 mph zone on State Rte 37. Tribal ticket returnable to Tribal Traffic Court.

On February 28 St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police issued Kaitlyn A. Oakes, 17 of Akwesasne, PQ, a Tribal Traffic ticket for expired inspection sticker. Tribal ticket returnable to Tribal Traffic Court.

On February 28 St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police issued Anna L. George, 40 of Hogansburg, NY, Tribal Traffic Ticket for Child under 4 without secure seat. Tribal ticket returnable to Tribal Traffic Court.
