Jaiden Mitchell, one of SR's younger players is performing very well this season.

“I thought our team played exceptional defense,” stated Shamrock Coach Karen Francis. “The goal was to prevent an inside game and shut down any three point shooters with an aggressive defensive attack and I know we accomplished that.” “I think our solid defense created a lot of offensive opportunity with fast breaks,” continued Francis.

Anna Kelly led the Shamrocks with 12 points and 11 rebounds. Taylor Francis followed with eight points while Jaiden Mitchell, Abby Kelly (6 steals, 4 assists) and Rylie Mainville (10 rebounds) contributed six points apiece. Karyss Terrance added four points and grabbed seven rebounds.

“I’m very proud of the effort and tenacity of our girls. Overall, they played extremely well. This was a great win for us” said Francis.
